Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Likho ("Service"), operated by Likho Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscription and Billing

The Service is provided on a subscription basis at the prices listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. All payments are processed through Razorpay (for INR) and are subject to their terms.

3. Bring-Your-Own-API-Key Model

Likho operates on a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) model for AI inference. You are responsible for the costs incurred with your OpenRouter API key. We are not responsible for OpenRouter's pricing, availability, or service quality.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for content you generate and publish using the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content generated through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
