Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Likho. This policy explains our approach to refunds.

7-Day Free Trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial without being charged.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge, we will refund the full amount on request. After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain valid until the end of the paid period.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@likholabs.in with your account email and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Service Disruptions

If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, you may request a prorated refund or service credit.

OpenRouter Charges

Likho operates on a bring-your-own-key model. Costs incurred with your OpenRouter API key are charged directly by OpenRouter and are not refundable through Likho.
