This Privacy Policy describes how Likho Labs ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Likho ("Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, name, password (encrypted), language preference
• WordPress/Blogger Credentials: Application Passwords or OAuth tokens, encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored securely
• OpenRouter API Keys: Encrypted with AES-256-GCM, never logged, never returned to the frontend after initial save
• Generated Content: Articles you generate are stored in your account for your access
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, errors encountered (via PostHog/Plausible analytics)
• Payment Information: Handled by Razorpay/Stripe — we never store your card details

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing)
• To improve the Service based on usage patterns
• To respond to support requests

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers (Supabase for storage, Razorpay/Stripe for payments, OpenRouter for AI inference, Resend for email)
• Legal authorities when required by law

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM) for sensitive data including API keys and OAuth tokens. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data

6. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but the Service may not function correctly without them.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated via email.
