About Likho Labs
An India-built AI content platform for the bloggers, publishers, and creators who write in Indian languages — and have been ignored by every English-first tool on the market.
Why Likho Labs exists
Talk to any serious Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, or Gujarati blogger and you'll hear the same story. They're paying in dollars for tools designed around English Google. The "Hindi support" is a translation layer bolted onto an English model — the output reads like a clumsy translation, doesn't rank, and gets rewritten before it ever goes live. UPI isn't accepted. Razorpay isn't an option. Invoices arrive without GSTIN. And nothing publishes directly to Blogger, which is still where a huge chunk of Indian-language publishing actually lives.
The cost model is broken too. Most AI writers mark up the underlying model 3–5x and hide it behind a "credits" system, so the people creating the most content end up subsidising the people creating the least. For a Tier-2 or Tier-3 publisher trying to run a real content operation in their own language, the math just doesn't work.
Likho Labs exists because Indian-language publishers deserve a tool that was designed for them on day one — not localised as an afterthought once English markets stopped growing.
Built for Bharat, not adapted for it
Every layer of Likho was designed around how Indian publishers actually work. Prompts are written natively in Hindi, Tamil, and other Indian languages — not translated from English templates. Pricing is in honest INR with GST invoices. Payments run on Razorpay and UPI by default. One-click publishing ships finished posts straight to Blogger and WordPress without copy-paste gymnastics.
And the economics are transparent. Likho runs on a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) model: you connect your own AI provider, you pay AI costs at-cost, and Likho charges a flat subscription on top. No credit games, no surprise overages, no 5x markup on tokens you were going to pay for anyway.
We've also built around the realities of Indian publishing infrastructure: Blogger accounts that have been running for a decade, WordPress installs on shared hosting, spreadsheets full of keyword research in mixed Hindi-English, and a workflow where one person is often editor, SEO lead, and publisher all at once. The tool has to fit that — not the other way around.
Quality matters as much as workflow. Indian-language SEO has its own rhythm — the way a Hindi reader scans a how-to, the way Tamil paragraphs are structured, the kind of headlines that actually earn clicks on Discover and Google News in India. Likho is tuned for that, not for an American B2B blog.
The team
Om Kumar — Founder
I've spent years watching Indian-language creators get treated as a second-class audience by global SaaS — paying more, getting worse output, and being told to "just use Google Translate" when something didn't work. I started Likho Labs because the publishers I respect most were burning hours every week fixing AI-generated Hindi that nobody would actually read. We can do better, and India is more than ready for tools that take its languages seriously.
My background is in product and content — I've shipped tools used by independent creators across India and worked closely with bloggers monetising through Adsense, affiliate, and sponsorships in Hindi, Tamil, and English. Likho Labs is the tool I wish those creators had when I started. Everything from the prompt design to the billing flow comes from conversations with real publishers, not assumptions made in a boardroom.
